How we list
Plain descriptions
Every product page says what the item is, what it is for and how it is sold — one piece, one set or one pack — without padding.
Ringgit prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit per listing, shown on every card and product page before anything goes in your cart.
One code, one product
Each item carries a product code. Quote it in an enquiry and we know exactly which listing you mean.
Ask before you buy
Unsure which size set fits your kitchen, or buying in bulk? Ask us first — we would rather confirm than have you buy the wrong thing.

Common questions
Ordering, payment, sets and delivery — the short answers. Anything else, just ask.
Contact usIs there a minimum order?
No. Order a single dustpan set or several sets of tumblers — every listing is sold at its listed retail price. For bulk or wholesale quantities, contact us first so we can confirm what is possible.
How do I pay?
Online payment at checkout is unavailable for now. You can still call or email us to place an order, and we will confirm the total and arrangements with you.
What does “3-pc set” mean?
Each product page states how it is sold. “1 pc” is a single item; “1 set” is a complete set; “3-pc set”, “5-pc set”, “8-pc pack” and so on say exactly how many pieces you receive. Photographs may show more items than the listed pack, so check the pack size on the listing.
Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Yes. DAY2DAY LIVING SDN. BHD. is registered for wholesale, distribution, import and export of household goods. Tell us the products and quantities you need and we will confirm pricing and availability.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Yes — choose “Collect from Kuala Lumpur office” at checkout if you’re in the Klang Valley. Delivery is also available across Malaysia, with the charge confirmed alongside your order total.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us straight away and we’ll sort it out — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.
Not sure what to pick?
Tell us the room, your budget and how many you need — we’ll point you to the right products.
